Senior Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive a proactive, intelligence‑led recruitment strategy for executive and niche portfolios. As a strategic partner to the Head of TA, you will co‑design and execute transformation projects across people, process and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive and niche pipeline delivery through market mapping, passive candidate engagement and research.
• Produce talent intelligence reports, market maps and competitor analyses to inform data‑driven hiring decisions.
• Champion advanced sourcing methodologies and foster a high‑performance sourcing culture within the TA team.
• Support assessment and deployment of AI‑powered recruitment automation tools to optimise top‑of‑funnel activities.
• Manage relationships with agencies and service providers, identifying alternative talent pools.
• Contribute to strategic TA projects, transformation road‑maps and recruitment analytics enhancements.
• Collaborate on employer branding and value‑proposition initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing and project work.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s talent market and proven proactive sourcing track record.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, resourceful and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruitment automation tools.
