Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Development (Security)

About the role

Join Certis as a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager in Development, driving security‑focused projects and digitalisation initiatives. You will work closely with project sponsors and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsors and leaders to manage and deliver assigned projects.
• Coordinate with external corporate departments and internal operations teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare regular status updates and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead digitalisation projects, leveraging technology and IT knowledge where applicable.
• Perform administrative duties, schedule meetings, record minutes, and handle ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in security operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (advantage).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (advantage).
