Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Incident Response & SOC Compliance

About the role

PwC is looking for a dedicated Incident Response & SOC Compliance Specialist to join its Risk Services team. You will work with a global community of problem‑solvers to help clients strengthen the security and resilience of their technology systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead incident response activities, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Investigate and document security breaches, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend remediation actions.
• Leverage DFIR tools such as EnCase, FTK and Autopsy to collect and analyse digital evidence.
• Develop, maintain and enforce compliance policies aligned with SOC standards.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to communicate findings and drive security improvements.
• Design strategies to increase system reliability, enhance security integrity and support ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment.
• Proven track record in incident response, breach investigations and SOC compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
