Senior Associate Executive - 6 Month Temporary HR Support

About the role

NHG's Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) is looking for a flexible HR Operations Resource to support multiple HR operations functions. This is a 6-month temporary position supporting the Offboarding team, administering end-to-end employee separation processes across NHG institutions so that offboarding is timely, accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other exits
• Process separations in HR systems accurately and within SLAs
• Prepare separation documentation such as resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documents
• Coordinate clearance with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions
• Process work pass cancellations where applicable and update employee records
• Follow up on outstanding offboarding actions and respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries
• Serve as the main point of contact for offboarding enquiries and escalate complex cases

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration experience
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding is advantageous

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS system preferred
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, attention to detail and good communication skills
