Senior Associate Executive – Corporate Sales Administration (Retail Pharmacy)

About the role

Join SingHealth’s Retail Pharmacy team as a Senior Associate Executive, overseeing corporate sales administration. You will act as the main liaison between healthcare institutions and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate supply order processing and verify order details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Serve as the primary contact for delivery requests across SingHealth institutions and monitor delivery schedules.
• Resolve order‑related issues promptly.
• Prepare monthly reports and support end‑to‑end billing for institutional clients.
• Maintain structured data storage, perform regular backups, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• Support design and implementation of departmental workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in retail or corporate supplies.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, e‑commerce platforms, and analytics tools (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power Automate.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborative work in a fast‑paced environment.
