Senior Associate - Financial Services Assurance (Banking and Capital Markets)

About the role

PwC's Financial Services Assurance practice works with organisations to strengthen trust and transparency through financial reporting, and is described as Asia's top financial services practice. It is looking for candidates with strong financial services audit experience to join its Banking and Capital Markets team and take part in statutory audit assignments for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in a broad range of statutory audit assignments for financial services clients
• Contribute to selected advisory assignments such as advice on accounting for complex arrangements and instruments, internal control and risk management reviews, financial due diligence and transaction support

Required profile

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an international public accounting firm, with extensive experience in statutory and regulatory audits of Banking and Capital Markets clients
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and excellent teamwork skills
