Senior BIM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM‑focused projects, develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, and integrate BIM into our Integrated Digital Delivery, Virtual Design Construction and Integrated Project Delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM‑focused projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans to maintain project consistency and quality.
• Integrate BIM into IDD, VDC, and IPD frameworks.
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D phase planning and 5D cost estimating.
• Troubleshoot model and project issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and mentor the BIM team, providing guidance to architects on BIM strategies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects and conduct BIM training sessions.

Required profile

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM management experience.
• Proficiency in Singapore BIM Standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
