Senior Business Development Executive (Marine / Industrial Solutions)

About the role

We are partnering with an established organisation in the marine and industrial solutions sector to expand its regional footprint across Asia. The Senior Business Development Executive will lead sales initiatives, nurture key partnerships, and enhance market presence through strategic engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve business objectives across assigned markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective customer support and service delivery.
• Provide market insights, sales updates, and forecasts to support business planning.
• Support regional events, customer engagement activities, and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marine, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years of experience in regional sales, business development, or channel management.
• Experience in B2B sales, partner management, or technical product solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within marine, industrial, automotive, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
