Senior Change Management Consultant

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to join its Change Management team in Singapore. The team delivers services such as stakeholder change management, digital adoption platforms, culture change and augmentation, change management PMO establishment and workforce competency assessments, helping organisations align their capabilities with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and strategise client change management and people-related projects, developing the change approach.
• Advise, execute and monitor change activities, including analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, adoption and enablement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across levels to maximise buy-in.
• Guide junior consultants and analysts to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Enhance existing capabilities, such as digital adoption platforms and people analytics, through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead pre-sales activities: qualify opportunities, define strategy and scope, prepare costing, draft proposals and present solutions to clients.
• Streamline or transform work processes, introducing tools or proposing alternatives to improve turnaround time.
• Share change management best practices and coach the team on new capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of related change management experience.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken, with fluent communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders from the C-suite to ground staff.
• Solid presentation skills and the ability to create professional, visually attractive decks and collateral.
• A commercial mindset linking people-related conversations with senior leaders or frontline staff to project priorities, capability gaps and service opportunities.
• Stands out as an existing certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
• Experience leading, executing or supporting digital adoption projects (e.g. WalkMe), workforce competency assessment and upskilling, people analytics, workforce or HR transformation, or workplace transformation.
