Senior Client Account Manager – Entertainment Apps (Greater China)

About the role

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with major Entertainment App advertisers across the Greater China region. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, delivering client success, and leveraging Pinterest’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on Pinterest’s advertising products, especially lower‑funnel solutions, and educate clients on their benefits.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with advertisers’ business objectives, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Ads Policy, Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Solutions.
• Mentor junior account managers and share best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape in Greater China.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing high‑value relationships and driving strategic agendas.
• Proven experience working with Greater China advertisers, especially in the Entertainment App sector.
• Fluent in business Mandarin and English.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborative team player able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
