About the role

The Senior Client Account Manager will lead a portfolio of high‑value advertisers in the Greater China region, driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships. You will mentor a team of account managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions on Pinterest.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and coach a team of account managers, ensuring their success and professional development.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with flagship partners in the Greater China region, proactively expanding the partnership.
  • Liaise between advertisers and internal teams (Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to meet partner requirements.
  • Translate partner data into compelling stories and actionable insights to drive campaign performance.
  • Become an expert on Pinterest campaign best practices, especially lower‑funnel products, and guide partners on optimization.
  • Lead client meetings, present complex solutions clearly, and identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Proven strategic thinking and leadership experience managing high‑value advertising accounts.
  • Deep understanding of client business goals and the digital advertising landscape in Greater China.
  • Strong mentorship and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Data‑driven mindset, capable of turning insights into actionable recommendations.
