Senior Client Account Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

As a Senior Client Account Manager for Singapore and Southeast Asia, you will own a portfolio of high‑value retail and e‑commerce advertisers on Pinterest. You will act as the trusted advisor, driving revenue growth and deepening strategic partnerships while leveraging data‑driven storytelling and platform expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key retail and e‑commerce advertiser accounts across Singapore and SEA, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Build senior‑level relationships and provide strategic guidance on media strategy, measurement and full‑funnel performance.
• Develop and execute account plans that surface growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Measurement, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Turn complex data sets into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across targeting, bidding, creative and measurement, delivering clear performance updates.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and champion new AI‑powered solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales or client account management with high‑value relationships.
• Proven ability to translate data into persuasive stories for senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working with retail and e‑commerce advertisers and understanding their growth drivers.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills (Mandarin, Bahasa) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and the region as needed.
