About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead HDB residential projects from start to finish across Singapore. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage HDB construction projects from commencement to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
Ensure works comply with project specifications, HDB requirements, and BCA regulations.
Manage project documentation, progress reports, and site meetings.

Required profile

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of construction project management experience in Singapore.
Proven experience managing HDB residential construction projects, with at least one HDB BTO project completed as a Project Manager.
