Senior Consultant / Manager - Private Banking Pricing

About the role

Sia Partners, a management consulting firm combining AI and design capabilities, is looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager in Financial Markets and Private Banking Transformation. The role leads strategic initiatives to optimise operations and drive innovation, applying pricing strategy consulting expertise to private banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the private bank's existing pricing ecosystem with internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for enhancement and customisation.
• Analyse pricing strategies, processes and methodologies, spotting inefficiencies that can drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Advise senior management on pricing strategy, structure design and optimisation, using industry best practice.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective private banking clients and showcase expertise in pricing strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams in creating pricing models, tools and frameworks tailored to private banking clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in pricing strategy consulting or in-house pricing roles.
• Thorough understanding of pricing methodologies across fee-based, commission-based and hybrid private banking service models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
