Senior Content Moderator Specialist

About the role

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO company providing customer experience, sales and digital marketing services and content moderation, is hiring a Senior Content Moderator Specialist. The role reviews reported content and responds to user inquiries with speed, empathy and accuracy, while investigating and resolving issues such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content.

Key responsibilities

• Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content.
• Gather, analyze and use relevant data to improve the overall user experience on the site.
• Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
• Prioritize confidentiality, security, integrity and privacy of data.
• Perform other duties assigned by management, including contributing to the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's degree in any field.
• 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High cultural awareness of the political and social situation in the relevant market or region.
• Ability to work with technology and to multi-task in a fast environment, managing several priorities and tailoring responses to customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
