Senior Cost Manager – Quantity Survey & Procurement

About the role

You will lead the delivery of cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control, quality objectives and financial compliance are achieved. The role involves managing cost teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing invoicing and commission processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met.
• Manage and develop project cost teams, onboarding new members and supporting recruitment.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to foster collaborative relationships and resolve issues.
• Develop cost reporting structures, control mechanisms and project strategies, challenging requirements to find creative solutions.
• Oversee commission management, invoicing processes and compliance using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
