Senior Critical Facilities Manager (Woodlands)

About the role

The Senior Critical Facilities Manager will lead the on‑site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in Woodlands, Singapore, ensuring 24/7/365 reliability for a business‑critical environment. You will be responsible for delivering contracted services that meet or exceed uptime, quality, health & safety, and financial targets while fostering a strong client relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure all contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Identify and pursue strategic contract development opportunities to increase turnover and profitability.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and support contract variation processes.
• Maintain healthy and safe working conditions in line with client and company H&S policies.
• Ensure staffing with fully competent personnel and implement succession planning.
• Implement control systems to meet statutory, policy, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach and strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Deliver business communication through meetings, reports, and publications.
• Develop and formalise site operating procedures and regularly review site operations.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support for incident rectification, critical switching, and service isolation.
• Guarantee shift coverage for continuous site operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data centre or critical facilities operations.
• Strong background in managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure health & safety compliance in a high‑availability environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
