Senior Customer Business Executive

About the role

The Senior Customer Business Executive will act as the main liaison for customers on all order‑related matters, ensuring delivery commitments, pricing, engine status and commercial enquiries are handled efficiently. This role supports SAESLA’s market‑leading engine overhaul and component repair business by building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery, pricing and engine status.
• Develop and manage commercial support packages to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, payment collection, warranty administration and resolve invoice queries.
• Represent customer interests in cross‑functional meetings and conduct regular business reviews.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc customer requests such as line support and parts trading.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Promote customer‑focused practices across the organisation and deputise for the Assistant Manager/Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the aerospace industry or a similar environment.
• Experience in customer service, support or commercial operations within aerospace is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
