Senior Customer Support Associate - Appointment & Contact Centre

About the role

NHG is hiring a Senior Customer Support Associate for its Appointment and Contact Centre within TTSH. You will handle patient enquiries and coordinate medical appointments across specialties and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries and appointment scheduling by phone, email and SMS
• Coordinate medical appointments across various specialties and clinics
• Process referrals from primary care physicians and external specialists
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital appointment system
• Document all patient interactions in the CRM system
• Guide patients on appointment preparation and clinic locations
• Support patients with special requirements or urgent medical needs

Required profile

• Professional Certificate, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and empathetic approach to patient concerns
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working hours are office hours on weekdays and half a day on alternate Saturdays.
