Senior Data & BI Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to own the company‑wide performance intelligence function. You will build the data foundation, create actionable dashboards and translate insights into strategic recommendations for the CEO and leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a central performance dashboard covering all divisions (Trading, Marketing, BD, Product, Operations).
• Create KPI frameworks that link departmental goals to overall revenue and growth targets.
• Produce weekly and monthly CEO reports with clear narratives on performance, issues and resource allocation.
• Analyse company metrics (P&L, conversion funnels, user retention) and develop data‑backed forecasts and scenario models.
• Define, track and evaluate KPIs for marketing efficiency, BD ROI and partner performance, building ROI models for decision‑making.
• Set up data pipelines, databases and analytics tools (BigQuery, Looker, Metabase, Mixpanel) and write production‑grade SQL queries and data models.
• Design self‑serve data systems that enable teams to access accurate, unified data without engineering bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn insights into strategic actions that drive growth.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in data analytics, strategy or business intelligence within fintech, crypto or top‑tier tech companies.
• Strong expertise in SQL and ability to independently query and model data.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with BI tools such as Superset, PowerBI, Looker or Metabase.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling, P&L analysis and business metrics.
• Experience setting OKRs, managing KPIs and tracking performance across multiple teams.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data for executive audiences and thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
