Senior Demand Planning Analyst

About the role

As a Staff Executive in the Demand Planning team, you will act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, delivering accurate demand forecasts and actionable insights that improve planning decisions. Your reporting and dashboards will increase visibility across the supply chain, helping Sales, Operations, Supply Planning and other Business Units anticipate risks and respond quickly to changes in customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consolidated unconstrained demand plan using customer forecasts, firm orders, market inputs and other demand signals.
• Analyse demand changes, assumptions, risks and opportunities, and communicate significant changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate the Demand Planning process and support S&OP / S&OE by preparing demand reviews, scenarios and management insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Planning, Supply Planning and Operations to support demand‑supply reconciliation and business decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain supply‑chain analytics, dashboards and management reporting using Power BI, Excel and other tools.
• Act as process owner for Order Management, driving governance, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning or Business Analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting and supply‑chain planning processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross‑functional, multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, lookups, data modelling).
• Power BI and Tableau for data visualisation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365 or Oracle.
• Understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistical analysis and supply‑chain KPIs.
• Experience with APS, Demand Planning or IBP platforms.
