Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Site Operations

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a strategic senior digital marketing professional to own and enhance the front‑end experience of Uniqlo.com. The role will drive site‑operations initiatives, turning website and customer data into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own front‑end execution for Uniqlo.com, including planning, briefing creative requirements and launching site banners and landing pages.
• Build, test and deploy responsive landing pages using HTML and CSS without external agency support.
• Act as a key stakeholder for the website, fostering a culture of high performance and precision.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders across Marketing, Store Operations and E‑Commerce.
• Develop relationships with Global Headquarters to advance locally driven initiatives.
• Present weekly site plans to senior management for approval.
• Support global technical teams on website project rollouts.
• Analyse and report website traffic, engagement and revenue metrics.
• Partner with the CRM team to design data‑driven customer journeys and segmentation logic.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience building webpages with HTML and CSS.
• Comfortable delivering pages without agency assistance.
• Background in FMCG, apparel or retail is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM concepts is advantageous.
