Senior Director, APAC Regional Commercial Development

About the role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Director to shape and execute its commercial strategy across the APAC region. Reporting to the SVP & GM APAC Market Group, you will act as the central strategic lever for commercial growth, partnering with Market Group Heads and the Global Commercial Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as commercial business partner to Market Group Heads, providing channel‑agnostic insights and best‑practice processes.
• Lead and govern commercial processes, including ICP tracking, portfolio deployment, revenue and pricing management, and channel strategy execution.
• Provide regional perspective to global programs and ensure alignment with local market needs.
• Own the Customer Pulse, representing the voice of the customer within the Market Group.
• Partner with Global Commercial Development to embed digital products and drive digital transformation.
• Lead a team of 13 channel and process leads, fostering collaboration and capability building across the APAC Market Group.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales planning, and channel management within a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and customer behavior.
