Senior Director, Procurement - Assembly Test Materials & Outsourced Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Director, Procurement, Assembly Test Materials & Outsourced Manufacturing leads the global strategy, sourcing and supplier ecosystem for assembly, test materials and outsourced manufacturing. The role is accountable for cost competitiveness, supply assurance and long-term resilience across a complex semiconductor value chain, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global procurement strategies for assembly, test materials, components and outsourced manufacturing services
• Lead category management, supplier partnerships and risk mitigation, including capacity planning and demand-supply alignment
• Drive end-to-end sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management and supplier performance governance
• Lead cost optimization and negotiate total cost of ownership
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams on product and technology requirements
• Build and scale a global procurement organization, set KPIs and performance frameworks, and mentor emerging leaders
• Promote supplier diversity, sustainability and responsible sourcing, strengthen procurement analytics and digital transformation, and represent procurement in executive forums
• Support crisis management for supply disruptions and geopolitical risks, and integrate AI-enabled tools into procurement decisions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, procurement or supplier management
• Proven global or enterprise leadership experience and track record managing complex supplier ecosystems and outsourced manufacturing
• Preferred: OSAT experience, exposure to global manufacturing networks, and experience leading procurement transformation or digital initiatives
