Senior Engineer, FE CPIE RAM (RDA & Metrology) Detection - Supplier Engagement

About the role

Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Fab 10A site, focused on supplier engagement for RDA and metrology detection in the RAM product line. The role leads technical engagement with suppliers and drives supplier innovation, qualification and deployment of advanced metrology and inspection technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement and strategic partnerships with RDA and Metrology suppliers.
• Develop and execute global tool and technology strategies aligned with Micron's roadmap.
• Drive supplier innovation, capability development and performance improvements.
• Enable qualification, deployment and optimization of advanced metrology and inspection technologies.
• Collaborate across worldwide fabs to improve quality, yield, productivity and manufacturing robustness.
• Influence supplier roadmaps to address future technology challenges and business needs.
• Manage technical escalations, risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.
• Drive AI-driven transformation across RDA and Metrology, using AI to accelerate innovation, improve efficiency and enable data-driven decisions.
