Senior Engineer – Fleet Health (TSP)

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Fleet Health (TSP) joins Airbus' Flight Hour Services team in Singapore, supporting the operational reliability of the SIA A380 and SCOOT A320 fleets. The role ensures compliance with EASA and CAAS airworthiness standards while aligning with Airbus technical and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑departure checks and flight watch activities on a shift basis.
• Monitor recurring defects and trends using AIRMAN and SKYWISE tools.
• Provide engineering recommendations for predictive and preventive maintenance to MRO partners.
• Expedite critical modifications at line maintenance in collaboration with Materials Management, Planning and Operations.
• Support AOG events, troubleshoot critical aircraft issues and prepare post‑AOG reports.
• Act as liaison between Airbus Head Office Customer Support and the customer for technical projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Engineering or an Aircraft Maintenance License.
• At least 5 years of experience in an airline, MRO or OEM engineering/technical role.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
