Senior Engineering Professional

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals for established and growing organisations across Singapore. The role covers several engineering disciplines and suits engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience and the ability to work in regulated, high-performance environments. It may suit professionals with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing or Project Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design and development through to implementation and handover.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, operations, procurement and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and operational performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors and regulatory authorities where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial or related discipline).
• 7-15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and role scope.
• Proven experience on complex engineering projects in industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure or technology environments.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or eligibility to obtain it is preferred (role-dependent).
