Senior Enterprise Architect

About the role

Singtel is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to partner with the account sales team, define business and technical requirements, and lead solutioning for RFI/RFP opportunities across assigned sectors and accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to qualify customer needs and drive presales engagement.
• Define and document business and technical requirements, including regulations and ecosystem factors.
• Lead technical solutioning for RFI/RFP opportunities with clear ownership.
• Develop architecture specifications, blueprints, reference models and standards and ensure adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as quantum, AI/ML, big data, integration and APIs, recommending adoption or deprecation.
• Drive standardisation, reusability and simplification across the architecture landscape.
• Support proof‑of‑concepts and pilot initiatives to validate approaches.
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify business value opportunities through technology and data.
• Lead strategic account and industry planning, aligning technical competencies with go‑to‑market plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, infrastructure teams, operations and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture roles, preferably within telecom or large enterprises.
• Expertise in networking, digital platforms or Managed Services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA or TOGAF are an advantage.
