Senior Erection Engineer

About the role

The Senior Erection Engineer will lead and supervise the erection of heavy civil structures across Singapore. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the role ensures that all erection activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards while coordinating closely with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day erection operations to maintain schedule and quality.
• Plan, organise, and supervise subcontractors and operation teams on all erection activities.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with authority requirements.
• Address safety concerns and ensure all erection work follows HSE standards.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the construction team.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to uphold safety protocols.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and supervision of bridge, viaduct, flyover, and road projects (including LRT/MRT).
• Proven expertise in erection of heavy structures.
• Experience with LTA projects is an advantage.
