Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Data Analytics and Wellbeing

About the role

SingHealth's Staff Wellness team is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to help build a system-wide culture of staff well-being. The team uses data and insights to make wellness strategies and programmes evidence-based and responsive to staff needs. You will support staff wellness data and reporting, partner with institutions and domains to strengthen data collection and analysis, and take part in planning, implementing and evaluating wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and management of staff wellness data, including dashboards, data extraction, analysis and reporting of wellness indicators, counselling data, peer support activities, attrition rates and related metrics.
• Assemble and analyse data from multiple sources to plan, evaluate and improve wellness initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to use digital, automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives covering mental wellness education programmes, webinars, campaigns and e-modules.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination, presentations, minutes and reports, and manage purchases, claims and invoice payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or business administration is an advantage.
• Able to turn high-level objectives into practical systems on the ground, work independently with discretion, and engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Data analysis proficiency, including SQL.
