Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Learning and Development (Leadership Programme)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for its Learning and Development team within the Corporate Learning Centre of the Human Resources Division. The role develops and runs leadership programmes that strengthen leadership competencies and build a pipeline of leaders at enterprise and business levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design an integrated leadership and people development curriculum aligned with the organization's leadership strategy, acting as a learning roadmap for staff and providing step-up training for current and next-level roles
• Manage external training consultants delivering LPD programmes, ensuring strong pre- and post-course support for knowledge retention
• Source and run leadership and behavioural assessments, and curate individualized interventions such as executive programmes, conferences and roundtables for senior leaders
• Co-develop leadership content with senior leader Management Trainers to share leadership and business knowledge and foster a leader-as-coach culture
• Review in-house continuing education schemes and the onboarding orientation programme for new joiners, keeping them relevant to organizational and national workforce initiatives
• Promote leadership and people development across the organization and manage the logistics and administration of leadership training with the Learning Shared Services Team

Required profile

• University Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably in leadership and people development or talent management
• WSA Advanced Certificate in Training and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an advantage
