Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition & Staffing

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join its Talent Acquisition & Staffing team within the Human Resources Division. The team's mission is to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans that attract the best talent for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from pipelining, sourcing and selection to offers and onboarding, for both Flying Crew and Corporate Staff
• Develop pipeline strategies and execute recruitment and staffing plans so that candidates meet the organisation's requirements
• Review processes to streamline and digitalise them while improving the candidate experience, using metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to build a hiring dashboard and identify improvements
• Engage with educational institutions and organisations to build talent pipelines, including career fairs, internships and events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field, ideally with more than 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of local employment regulations
• Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring in overseas markets is an advantage

• Familiarity with digital tools, AI and dashboards in the hiring process is a plus
