Senior Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – Food Distribution

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Singapore focuses on managing and expanding relationships with existing customers such as supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, online grocers and distributors. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across modern trade and e‑commerce channels.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and coordinate orders with operations.
• Monitor sales performance, ensuring revenue and margin objectives are met.
• Assist with sales forecasting, pricing discussions and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status.
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and provide regular market, customer and competitor reports.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in sales or key‑account management within modern trade or e‑commerce.
• Diploma in marketing, business, media or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to engage with local partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of building and presenting decks.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts.
