About the role
The Senior Executive will support laboratory operations, ensure biosafety and biosecurity compliance, and enable safe, efficient research within the BSL‑3 facility at LKCMedicine, NTU. This role provides operational, administrative and compliance assistance for work involving Risk Group 3 pathogens.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational, administrative and biosafety compliance support for research involving RG3 pathogens.
- Assist with experimental activities conducted in the BSL‑3 laboratory.
- Maintain facility inventory, documentation and records.
- Coordinate facility users and support procurement of necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Singapore biosafety regulations and infectious agents.
- Minimum six months experience in a BSL‑2 laboratory; animal handling experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of disinfectants, sterilants and aerosol exposure risks; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
