Senior Executive – Clinical Research Officer (Biobanking)

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive to join the HELIOS Study team as a Clinical Research Officer focused on biobanking. The role involves managing biological samples, supporting large‑scale population health research, and ensuring high‑quality laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and biobank biological samples efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Assist with frozen sample retrieval and sorting for study collaborators.
• Perform routine measurements on analytical systems such as clinical chemistry and hematology counters.
• Monitor quality standards through equipment maintenance, daily quality controls, and calibrations.
• Handle administrative tasks including consumable tracking and procurement coordination with vendors.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (HBRA‑HTF) and laboratory safety.
