Senior Executive – Clinical Research Recruitment

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive to lead recruitment activities for the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study, a large‑scale population health project. The role involves direct interaction with participants, managing the recruitment pipeline, and supporting the study’s outreach and communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with study participants and answer queries.
• Screen volunteers for eligibility and schedule research sessions.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and appointment booking system.
• Produce weekly recruitment reports for investigators.
• Ensure confidentiality of participant data at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve participant enrollment.
• Create and distribute outreach materials.
• Lead the study’s social‑media presence and provide regular updates across channels.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in participant recruitment or similar research support roles is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in database management and appointment scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms for outreach and engagement.
