Senior Executive – Clinical Research Reporting

About the role

LKCMedicine is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Executive to join the HELIOS Study team. The role focuses on reporting and participant liaison for a large Singapore population health study involving up to 100,000 volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and professional communication with study participants.
• Compile, verify, and dispatch participant health reports accurately and on time.
• Address participant queries and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Process and coordinate participant honoraria, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Collaborate with local clinicians to follow up on critically abnormal or incidental findings.
• Liaise with internal teams, supervisors, and study stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely information sharing.

Required profile

• Diploma or basic degree in business management, marketing, communication or social sciences.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data compilation and report generation.
• Experience handling participant queries and confidentiality.
• Organisational skills for coordinating honoraria and follow‑up processes.
