Senior Executive – Contracts Management (1-Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the evaluation and assessment of variation works for public-healthcare infrastructure projects managed by MOH Holdings. The role involves close collaboration with project teams during the post-construction phase to ensure all variations comply with the Instruction Manual and Standard Operating Procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess variation works and verify their quantities.
• Review supporting documents such as quotations, drawings and records.
• Assess star rates of variation works to ensure alignment with MOHH SOP and Instruction Manual.
• Check consultants’ loss & expense assessments for compliance with PSSCOC and MOHH SOP.
• Incorporate all variations and adjustments into the Final Account in accordance with PSSCOC and MOHH SOP.
• Prepare weekly progress updates on variation work checks.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or Project Management.
• Familiarity with Government Procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of PSSCOC and MOHH SOPs related to variation work.
