Senior Executive – Curriculum Coordination

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) at NTU seeks a Senior Executive to support curriculum delivery across campus and clinical training sites. The role ensures smooth logistical and administrative coordination for Year 3 learning blocks, clinical postings, and related teaching events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for Year 3 Enhanced Campus Based Learning (ECBL) weeks, Campus Teaching Week (CTW) and Wrap‑up Week.
• Coordinate content experts and simulated patients, confirming scenarios and managing recruitment.
• Format, upload and distribute Student Guides to leads, education offices and students.
• Create and manage learning events in the Elentra system, including attendance tracking.
• Liaise with hospital education offices to arrange Medicine and Surgery clinical postings.
• Support combined teaching sessions, oversee room bookings, and assist with department events.

Required profile

• A good university degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in education and/or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• Experience in scheduling or timetabling is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under time pressure and changing priorities.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
