Senior Executive, Design Management

About the role

The Senior Executive, Design Management will support the Department Head and assigned leaders on a variety of design‑focused projects. This role blends creative design work with administrative coordination to ensure high‑quality outcomes across planning, design and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in design ideation, research, stakeholder engagement, feasibility studies and presentation preparation.
• Provide administrative support, including minute‑taking and document management.
• Support planning, review and facilitation of tenancy works guided by holistic experience planning.
• Liaise with agencies, SDC stakeholders, consultants and contractors to ensure quality outcomes for planning, design and development works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Urban Design (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong design flair, creative problem‑solving ability and enthusiasm for learning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; tech‑savvy and able to work well in a team.

• AI architectural rendering tools (advantageous)
• BIM and Revit (advantageous)
