Senior Executive / Executive - Cabin Crew Rostering

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for a Senior Executive or Executive to join its Cabin Crew Rostering Department within the Flight Operations Division. The role manages the planning, optimisation and publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and industrial rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning, optimisation and publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, including strategy, scenario analysis, rule reviews and parameter adjustments in the JCR and CM systems.
• Help publish more than 9,000 rosters each month on time, with accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and support the training of existing crew and new trainees so they are operationally qualified on the aircraft types flown and multi-fleeted, and inject new crew quickly to support operations.
• Keep flying hours and allowances fair across crew who fly different aircraft types, adjusting system parameters accordingly.
• Respond quickly to network and aircraft changes so roster amendments can be made before publication.
• Work closely with the Cabin Crew Division, the union (SIASU) and the crew to explain roster issues and answer crew queries.
• Manage a rostering team of 13 staff (3 Senior Associates and 10 Associates).

Required profile

• A good degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience in IT projects is preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
