Senior Executive (Human Capital Development)

About the role

SUSS, Singapore's first institute for lifelong learning, is redesigning how it identifies, develops and supports talent. This Senior Executive role sits at the heart of Human Capital Development, designing learning materials, shaping development and bringing fresh perspectives to the talent framework. Candidates with or without prior work experience are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Create capability-building content: curate and design bite-sized learning, microlearning, infographics, checklists and short videos.
• Support leadership development and talent management: co-organise multi-month programmes for managers and directors, including coaching, profiling, 360 feedback and mentoring, and help implement talent management initiatives.
• Gather and translate people insights: collate and analyse data, feedback and facilitation insights to inform decisions on succession, leadership potential, readiness and development needs.
• Organise signature moments: shape and run touchpoints such as welcome briefings, mentoring onboarding, project sponsor engagements, post-programme showcases and in-house learning programmes.
• Make learning accessible: curate e-learning pathways for skills identified in the SUSS Competency Framework.

Required profile

• Enjoys designing adult learning experiences and talent management and development, and sees how they connect across the talent pipeline.
• Learns quickly with an experimental, growth-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with data, storytelling and clear writing.
• Able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in any discipline; experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR, UI/UX or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
