Senior Executive (Human Resource)

About the role

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), part of SingHealth, is recruiting a Senior Executive (Human Resource) to join its Human Resource Department. The role delivers administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, covering stakeholder management, HR operations and employment legislation compliance. It suits someone wanting to grow a career in HR, with on-the-job experience and yearly training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for Research staff
• Handle day-to-day HR administration, such as contract renewals, confirmation appraisals and follow-ups with stakeholders across departments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee e-PFiles in SuccessFactors
• Act as point of contact for staff queries on recruitment, employment legislation, company policies and benefits
• Support annual audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
• Prior experience (1 year or more) in public healthcare HR-related roles is beneficial
• Meticulous, well organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
• Up to date with Singapore's employment practices and regulations, including the Employment Act and MOM guidelines

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of HR or payroll software (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) is advantageous
