Senior Executive – Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Executive – Human Resources will lead end‑to‑end HR operations for assigned divisions at St Andrew’s Mission Hospital. You will manage the employee lifecycle, support talent acquisition, and drive HR projects to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including contracts, transfers, renewals and off‑boarding while maintaining accurate HRIS records.
• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding programmes, conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth off‑boarding processes.
• Administer performance management, compile data for calibration and support managers with appraisal processes.
• Handle learning & development administration, training registrations and maintain training records.
• Provide first‑level employee‑relations guidance and assist with minor ER cases.
• Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews, HRIS upgrades and process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP‑CP) preferred or actively pursued.
• 3–5 years of HR operations/generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or non‑profit organisations.
• Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act, MOM leave regulations and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Timesoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday.
