Senior Executive, Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Executive to support its Postgraduate and Continuing Education (CET) programmes. You will act as the primary administrative hub, ensuring smooth programme delivery, digital course management, and a positive experience for learners and adjunct faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for CET programmes, including scheduling, venue/virtual platform booking, and catering arrangements.
• Provide administrative assistance to Course Directors, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support programme reviews.
• Set up and maintain courses on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all online materials are current and accessible.
• Offer on‑site or virtual support during programme sessions, manage attendance, and address faculty and learner needs.
• Administer pre‑ and post‑programme activities, collect feedback, collate results, and generate reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for enquiries from prospective learners, current participants, and the public via email and phone.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with learners, faculty, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in academic or programme administration, preferably in higher education or medical education.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
