Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead undergraduate outreach, admissions and scholarship initiatives. Reporting to the Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships, you will shape recruitment strategies and coordinate promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead undergraduate recruitment and outreach strategies to meet college objectives.
• Create and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, slide decks, EDMs and feature articles.
• Design and implement the annual social media plan and support video production for admissions.
• Maintain outreach pages on the CoE website and intranet, manage collateral inventory and coordinate photoshoots.
• Support outreach programmes for local and international students and analyse post‑event data for continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with schools, faculty, alumni and industry partners, and handle ad‑hoc projects from the Office.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in outreach, student recruitment or engagement in higher education (internship experience accepted).
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• IT‑savvy with basic knowledge of content management systems (advantageous).
