Senior Facilities Coordinator - Soft Service

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator for Soft Service in Singapore. The role runs alongside the Soft Service Lead and the team, with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Helpdesk, Front of House and AV/Handyman teams, making sure each service meets client expectations
• Manage car park, locker and cabinet assignments, maintenance and user requests
• Monitor soft service vendor performance and escalate issues as needed
• Support the HX lead in employee experience initiatives and on-site activations requiring operational coordination
• Oversee overseas meeting services delivery and act as the main escalation point for complex meeting room requests
• Coordinate vendor logistics for events, including delivery, set-up and permit-to-work documentation
• Conduct random site walk inspections and follow up on issues
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from employees or management
• Assess the workplace for improvements in efficiency, safety or experience
• Create and verify Corrigo work orders and ensure they close on time for the soft service vendor
• Assist in managing soft service contractors on site, including inspecting their work
• Provide day-to-day guidance and operational support to the Facilities Coordinator to ensure service consistency
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
