Senior Facilities Executive – Commercial Soft Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Executive to lead commercial soft services for a global real estate developer. The role is based in Central Singapore, working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8–9 M&E technicians, ensuring operational KPIs are met.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building M&E systems including electrical, ACMV, generators, fire protection, lifts, escalators and plumbing.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdowns, work orders and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, from tendering to site walks and rectification works.
• Support OPEX/CAPEX planning and ensure maintenance projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Handle M&E‑related tenancy works such as drawing reviews, fitting‑out, handover, reinstatement and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Green Mark, EHS, Permit‑to‑Work and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with tenants, consultants, vendors and internal teams on M&E and building operational matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering, building services or property management.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining commercial building soft services.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
