Senior Facilities Manager (IFM Lead)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager (IFM Lead) who acts as the Account Lead and one of its most important front-line leadership positions. The role is the primary point of contact for the account, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, and covers delivery across multiple service lines in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) space. It requires advanced technical and customer experience expertise, project management skills and the ability to lead teams in complex, regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main account contact and strategic partner, develop strategic plans and annual account business plans, and track cost-saving initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Hold regular client engagements including weekly operations meetings, monthly management reviews and quarterly business reviews, and serve as the on-site key point of contact for facilities.
• Manage all building-related technical and service contracts, ensure compliance with contract requirements and act as the ultimate compliance authority for the account.
• Ensure Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, including ISO, GMP and EHS standards, and provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
• Lead and develop account teams, including succession planning, cross-training and coaching.
• Oversee IFM services (hard and soft services, workplace services, site services, ground maintenance, engineering, utilities and energy, employee services), self-performed and subcontracted delivery models, and the Asset Management Program and Audit program.
• Use technology and data analytics (CMMS, IoT, analytics platforms) to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Manage third-party vendors and contracts, consolidate suppliers, and monitor contract expiry and re-procurement.
• Drive financial performance and follow the JLL Code of Ethics.
