Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Vantive, a leading vital organ therapy company focused on kidney care and expanding into broader organ therapies, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join its finance team. The role will support the plant’s financial reporting, planning, and operational decision‑making, helping the company deliver better outcomes for patients and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end reporting, forecast cycles and annual operating plan activities for assigned business areas, delivering accurate management reports and performance updates.
• Partner with plant leadership and operations to provide financial insights, monitor manufacturing performance, inventory, cost absorption and support business cases, capital projects and productivity initiatives.
• Support inventory valuation, reduction initiatives and analyse manufacturing cost drivers, including standard cost reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, accounting standards and internal controls; assist internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare and review product cost statements for customs and regulatory authorities and respond to related audits and inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA) is a plus.
• 6–8 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply‑chain finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
